Job summary

American Sound in Atlanta is seeking an experienced AV installation and commissioning professional. You’ll perform pre- and post-install, verify wiring, and work with the programming team to test and document DSP builds and control programs.

Your role includes on-site field work, lab testing, and end-user training, with daily progress updates to the project team. A strong background with QSC, Crestron, and Extron is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AV installation and commissioning experience.
• CTS & CTS-I certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with QSC, Crestron, and Extron systems.
• Programming knowledge and certifications are a plus.
• Advanced networking knowledge and certifications are a plus.
• Experience with audio tuning, equalization, and DSP programming.
• Strong communication and daily task reporting.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in AV Installation and Commissioning
• AVIXA CTS & CTS-I Preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of QSC, Crestron, and Extron systems required
• Programming Knowledge and certifications is a plus
• Advanced Networking knowledge and certifications is a plus
• Experience with Audio tuning, equalization, and DSP programming
• Strong communication skills with daily reporting of tasks

Job Compensation and Details

• Pay- $40-50/hr with potential bonus at year end
• Shift Time and Days- 6am -2:30pm, M-F with rare off hours
