Job summary

Avispa MedOps is seeking an Audio Visual Events Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage live in-person, virtual, and hybrid events at our Newark site. This role is an onsite, 40-hour/week assignment lasting 9 months, compensated hourly.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating pre-production, managing vendors, and serving as show caller for event execution and post-production tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AV systems and streaming platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams during events.
• Experience coordinating live, virtual, and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Improve and scale the AV events program through process improvements and operational rigor.
• Plan cross-functional run-of-show and pre-production planning; schedule operations.
• Collaborate with employees, contractors, and vendors; manage relationships and rentals.
• Serve as show caller for live events; coordinate post-production and archiving.
