Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking an Audio Visual Events Program Manager for Newark, NJ. The role focuses on operational planning, coordination, and program management of live events within the Audio Visual team, serving as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

While technical AV knowledge is expected, the role emphasizes routing work, relationship management, and elevating live event production quality to meet customer

Qualifications

• Experience with streaming platforms, live event systems, and meeting systems.
• Understanding of cable infrastructure, equipment, and rack systems.
• Ability to serve as show caller and manage real-time production.
• Experience with pre-production planning and run-of-show documentation.
• Vendor relationship management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Program Management & Planning: Support and scale the Audio Visual Events Program through consistent process improvement and operational rigor.
• Plan and guide cross-functional teams on best approach to events.
• Create run of show documents and drive pre-production planning.
• Facilitate scheduling for event operations team members.
• Provide Operational Excellence technical leadership, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
