Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. The role ensures guest satisfaction and requires on-site coordination with clients and hotel staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and 1 year of audio-visual experience, plus a valid driver's license. Lifting of up to 50 lbs is required; DOT requirements may apply where necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment in hospitality settings.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works and needs are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate systems entry and paperwork; coordinate with vendors.
• Cross-sell services to increase revenue using floor up-selling techniques.
