Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead floor operations with emphasis on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will oversee a technical team to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, with additional duties in location administration and program development.

Reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager. The role requires 3-5 years in customer service/hospitality and AV experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet training/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Maintains flowsheets and coordinated communications for event management.
• Provides excellent service and adheres to Encore standards.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and operational standards.
• Sets up, operates and breaks down intermediate audiovisual equipment; troubleshoot issues.
