• Knowledge of audio/video systems, smart home or commercial AV solutions, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for on-site work with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills for inventory, documentation, and lifecycle planning.
• Relevant AV systems certification or training preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move equipment safely in client and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, select, and manage AV equipment for AVS projects.
• Coordinate inventory and asset tracking; ensure equipment availability for installations and service calls.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales to align equipment strategy with budget and performance.
• Support preventive maintenance plans and vendor reviews; monitor equipment lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance reliability and client satisfaction.
