Job summary

Epic is based on our campus just outside Madison, Wisconsin, and relocation assistance is provided. As an AV Engineer, you will design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large corporate campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

You’ll work with AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus.
  • You’ll work with a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.
  • You’ll lay out new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure their success.
