Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a comprehensive campus including 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed; Epic offers relocation assistance and a path to grow within a large healthtech campus that supports events and live/virtual experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large campus.
• Support and ensure success of AV systems across hundreds of rooms and spaces.
• Provide hands-on support for events, live and virtual, and ongoing system maintenance.
