Epic is hiring an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our expansive campus, including 200+ conference rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will work with a team of AV professionals to deliver reliable setups for live and virtual events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems for the campus, including conference rooms, training rooms, and auditorium.
• Provide hands‑on support to ensure AV systems function during events and daily operations.
• Collaborate with AV experts to layout new systems and optimize performance for large and small events.
