Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV Design Lead in the US to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions across office projects. You will partner with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, and vendors to ensure end-to-end Conference Room Experience.

With 8–10 years in consulting or project management and CTS-I/CTS-D preferred, you will guide design reviews, manage RFPs, and align technology with budget targets, delivering cost-efficient, globally consistent

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of consulting or product/project management experience.
• Mastery of conference room technologies such as AV transport devices and display systems.
• CTS-I or CTS-D certification preferred.
• Familiarity with room scheduling solutions and digital signage tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with executives, OMPs and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status with business units.
• Ensure technologies are applied correctly and aligned to expectations.
• Drive the AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage the RFP process for office projects and monitor budgets.
