HomeWell Care Services WA335 is seeking a Home Care Aide to directly work with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one support while maintaining accurate care records and fostering client relationships. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and reliability.

The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training and support for caregivers.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassionate client care are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and supervisors.
• Detail-orientation and strong organizational skills are required.
• CPR certification is preferred per listed qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HHA / HCA Certification or CNA required
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year prior professional experience
• Reliable transportation required
• CPR certification required
