Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
Experience with hardware testing and automated test systems.
Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Matlab).
Experience with electro-mechanical hardware in manufacturing.
Eligible to obtain US Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Build and implement test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system-level checks to component validation.
Develop and manage the test ecosystem to ensure reliability and design intent.
Perform hands-on root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems.
Design semi-automated test equipment and protocols for subsystem characterization.
Collaborate with design teams to perform risk assessments and deploy tests in production.
Create and maintain testing logs, error codes, and troubleshooting diagrams.
