Job summary

Anduril Industries in Rhode Island (Quonset) seeks a Manufacturing Test Technician to join the AUV production team. You will work hands-on with engineers to test complex electromechanical assemblies and ensure proper integration into final products.

Responsibilities include end-of-line testing, electrical troubleshooting, configuration of SW/FW on devices, maintaining test procedures, and supporting tool/equipment management. Some offshore travel may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Solid background in electronics in robotics, defense, or avionics.
• Experience executing test procedures with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with basic electrical test equipment (DMMs, scopes, generators).
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and maintain high quality standards.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test complex electromechanical assemblies and integrate into final products.
• Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices.
• Build, test, and integrate assemblies for AUV production.
• Execute End-of-Line tests from prepared procedures.
• Perform incoming quality inspection testing on PCBA’s.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic components to the device level.
• Help improve the pressure vessel production process.
• Maintain 5S in work areas and manage tools/equipment.
• Occasional offshore travel to support operations.
