Job summary

Anduril Industries in Rhode Island is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician to join our subsea robotics team in Quonset. You will work hands-on with engineering to test, integrate and validate complex electromechanical assemblies and pressure vessels for our next-generation autonomous underwater vehicles.

The role demands meticulous test procedures, familiarity with DMMs, oscilloscopes and signal generators, and the ability to follow technical docs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Solid electronics background in robotics, defense, or avionics.
• Experience executing test procedures with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Commitment to quality and personal accountability.
• Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment (DMMs, scopes, generators).
• Highly organized and detail oriented; strong verbal and written communication.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary team on pressure vessel assembly and testing.
• Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices as configured.
• Build, test, and integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies into AUVs.
• Execute end-of-line tests per procedures and validate results.
• Perform incoming QC testing on PCBA assemblies.
• Troubleshoot electronics to component level and repair as needed.
• Help develop and improve pressure vessel production processes.
• Maintain 5S and assist with tools, equipment, and stock management.
• Travel offshore to support operations when required.
