Job summary

NAPA Autotech is seeking a Training Content Developer to build high‑quality training for wholesale customers, focusing on product knowledge, equipment operation, and technical skills. You will partner with managers and SMEs to deliver practical programs that drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes structured curriculum development, execution of training plans, adoption tracking, and collaboration with APG departments. Travel with field teams may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in sales, training, or wholesale operations and training program development.
• Experience managing large projects using PM tools.
• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in large organizations' training environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, video, audio, graphics).

Responsibilities

• Assesses training needs via interviews, surveys, and site visits with managers and staff.
• Collaborates with SMEs to develop and review training solutions.
• Produces effective, affordable training resources and maintains existing ones.
• Uses technology (webinars, simulations, VR) to develop and deliver training.
• Establishes metrics to measure training impact and adjusts content accordingly.
• Coordinates curriculum development and publishing workflows.
