Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad is hiring a Level 2 AutoTech Agent to install and service complex car electronics in vehicles. You will follow established procedures for recommendations, troubleshooting and installations while supporting clients and teammates.

Ideal candidates will have experience with mobile car installations, a valid driver's license, and the ability to assess compatibility issues before work begins. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate compatibility issues prior to installation.
• Experience with automotive electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install complex car electronics including hardwired remote starts, advanced speakers and in-dash units.
• Install standard car electronics such as T-harness remote starts, standard speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras and amplifiers.
• Perform work on vehicles of all makes and models and communicate compatibility issues prior to installation.
• Troubleshoot using technical acumen and available resources.
