Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Car Electronics Installer to join our installation bay team in Fayetteville, NC. You’ll install car electronics and share product recommendations with customers, following Best Buy’s standards and training programs to reach expert levels.

You’ll handle installation projects, ensure vehicle compatibility, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety and policy compliance. This role features growth opportunities through Autotech Agent levels.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Preferred qualifications: Prior experience installing car electronics

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics, including T-harness remote starts, stereos, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units
• Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects
• Verify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Complete required trainings and certifications
