Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Car Electronics Installer (Autotech Agent) to install car electronics in our Louisville store installation bay. You’ll identify compatible products, follow guides, verify make/model, and provide excellent customer service to customers and staff.

The role includes completing trainings and certifications, with opportunities to advance to Autotech Agent Level 2. A current driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing car electronics.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics (stereos, remote starts, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units) in the store installation bay.
• Use guides to identify compatible products and complete installation projects.
• Verify vehicle make/model and flag any compatibility concerns before installation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and complete required trainings and certifications.
