Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a software engineer to own the data visualization applications used to introspect robot data and bridge sensors, logs, diagnostics, telemetry, and mission intel for the Dot team.

You will architect and develop end-to-end backend and frontend systems with a high degree of autonomy, set roadmaps, and deliver intuitive 2D/3D web visualizations that transform robot data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Fluency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience in 3D computer graphics.

Responsibilities

• Own the data visualization applications for robot data, bridging sensors, logs, diagnostics, telemetry and mission intel.
• Architect and develop end-to-end backend and frontend systems with a high degree of autonomy.
• Build intuitive tools for 2D and 3D visualization of robot data.
• Set roadmaps and identify opportunities for new visualization systems.
