The role emphasizes execution discipline, detailed test planning, and dashboarded visibility into progress, with travel up to 20% and onsite work five days a week at Mossville, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence for test/program management.
• Knowledge of SIL, MIL and/or HIL concepts.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional validation teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end system integration and validation (SI&V) for autonomous platforms.
• Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive test plans and assign execution to multiple test teams.
• Track test execution progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into validation status and results.
• Participate in escape retrospectives and drive corrective actions.
• Support bench design, build, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with Systems and Product teams on validation timelines and requirements.
