Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Autonomy Sim Infra & Evaluation team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive cross-functional projects spanning sensing, compute, ML, planning, and infrastructure to validate Autonomy products.

You will own simulation frameworks, data pipelines, and regression tests, coordinating with Systems, Data, and AI teams. The role requires hands-on TPM leadership for ML-centric programs, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager on deep tech products with AI/ML components and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ML-based products and evaluation using metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across ML, sensing, planning, simulation, and infra.
• Own delivery of simulation infrastructure and tooling for Autonomy validation.
• Develop and maintain sim data pipelines to gate and monitor driving behaviors.
• Brief leadership on progress and risks; manage tradeoffs to meet timelines.
• Mentor TPMs and promote best practices for ML-centric programs.
