Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA, or Validation Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in autonomous vehicle validation, simulation pipelines, and scenario generation.
• Hands-on experience with simulation frameworks such as CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for large-scale data analysis and pipeline ownership.
• Deep understanding of offline evaluation and testing methodologies for autonomy logic.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive simulation pipelines to evaluate autonomous vehicle performance.
• Develop diverse testing scenarios that stress-test autonomy logic across various operational domains.
• Oversee large-scale data analysis to identify edge cases and drive improvements in system reliability.
• Manage offline evaluation frameworks to provide actionable feedback for engineering teams.
• Establish robust automated testing protocols to streamline the verification process for mission-critical software.
