Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Validation Engineer (AV) to join our fully remote team. You will architect end-to-end simulation pipelines to validate autonomous vehicle behaviors and design diverse testing scenarios using CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.

You will develop automated testing protocols, build large-scale Python data pipelines, and own the validation lifecycle from scenario design to deployment. Excellent English and 5+ years in autonomous vehicle validation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on autonomous vehicle validation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing simulation pipelines using frameworks like CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.
• Hands-on experience with scenario generation, offline evaluation, and automated testing for autonomous systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and designing large-scale data analysis pipelines.
• Strong understanding of vehicle validation methodology and end-to-end pipeline ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
