Job summary

Latitude AI LLC is seeking a Test Driver to support Ford’s autonomy program. You will drive test vehicles across multiple states, collect data, and ensure safety and compliance while operating in a demanding 6‑day, up to 60‑hour workweek. Travel and airfare are provided as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and a strong interest in technology and safety on public roads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Comfortable with long hours driving and working in close quarters with others.
• Curiosity and excitement about learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles across multiple states to collect data.
• Operate on a 6-day, up to 60-hour schedule with travel.
• Perform daily startup, system engagement/disengagement, and shutdown procedures.
• Actively monitor and troubleshoot both software and hardware systems on the road.
• Execute data collection in accordance with strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate reports on system performance and data collection.
• Represent the organization professionally while prioritizing road safety.
