Latitude AI is seeking a Mission Analyst to support Ford autonomous driving development. You will drive test vehicles across multi-day trips and long distances, log data, and assist engineers in verifying software features across chassis, body, and thermal systems.

Requires a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years in vehicle testing, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Safety and reporting are key responsibilities in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance missions up to 400 miles.
• Travel up to 50% and on multi-day trips across the U.S.
• Operate on rotating schedules, including night shifts.
• Log data and troubleshoot software/hardware on road.
• Record detailed reports and provide feedback to engineers.
