Qualifikationen

• Experience with ML, robotics stacks, metrics-driven analysis, validating end-to-end autonomy, and scenario/structured testing.
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and risk/dependency management.
• Collaborative leader who can influence senior stakeholders and build a positive team culture.
• Strategic, systems thinking; ability to manage undefined problems and maintain momentum.
