Job summary

Nuro is hiring an Autonomy Program Manager to drive execution across our Autonomy team. This role will manage the validation process to test our autonomy model, plan the longer-term autonomy roadmap, and coordinate across Autonomy TPMs and technical leadership.

The role reports to the Head of Autonomy and requires strong organizational and communication skills to keep complex, technical initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program execution for Nuro’s autonomy team – working closely with Autonomy engineers, TPMs, and Head of Autonomy.
• Build and maintain Autonomy’s long-term roadmap – the new driving capabilities and their landing timeline.
• Identify issues early, help teams make tradeoffs, and drive problems to resolution.
• Create clear updates for leaders on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Build strong working relationships across Nuro and within the Autonomy team.
• Use data and judgment to support decision-making and measure progress over time.
