Job summary

NODA AI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Autonomy team in Austin, TX. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, manage autonomy capabilities, and translate complex requirements into actionable engineering work across perception, planning, and GNC areas.

You will drive sprint ceremonies, dependencies, and release coordination while maintaining clear communication with engineers and leadership. This hybrid role requires a US security-clearance readiness and strong Jira acumen.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program / project management for software or autonomy engineering teams.
• Mastery of requirements management including intake, refinement, traceability and change control.
• Hands-on experience with autonomy systems (perception, planning, GNC, multi-agent/swarm coordination).
• High Jira fluency with dashboards, workflows and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate vision into executable plans.
• Experience standing up new process frameworks / operating models.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement intake and refinement for autonomy capabilities, translating mission intent into testable engineering requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability from initiative to done; ensure scope discipline during release cycles.
• Manage Jira hygiene and state in cross-team environments; coordinate with Project Engineers on state transitions.
• Own Autonomy team sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement; drive action-item tracking.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across multiple engineering groups and surface blockers early.
• Produce concise technical briefs to drive program progress.
