Job summary

Shield AI is seeking an Autonomy Software Integration & Test Engineer to support development, integration, testing, and deployment of autonomous systems in Ukraine. The role spans software, hardware, aircraft systems, and flight operations in fast-paced field environments.

The ideal candidate will write and debug software, integrate autonomy systems onto unmanned and autonomous platforms, and troubleshoot in lab and field settings while supporting live flight operations under evolving conditions

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with ability to write, debug, and integrate autonomy software across software, hardware, and flight operations.
• Experience in integrating autonomy systems onto fixed-wing, multirotor, and other unmanned platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development, integration, testing, and deployment of autonomous systems in field environments.
• Integrate autonomy software onto unmanned aircraft and other autonomous platforms; troubleshoot in lab and field settings.
• Contribute to live flight operations under evolving operational conditions and demonstrate systems in Ukraine.
