Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Robotics Software Engineer for the TRS team in Atlanta, GA. You will develop core robotics libraries, integrate software with hardware, and push ahead with autonomous systems and UAVs in a fast‑paced environment.

You will lead features, optimize performance, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver mission‑critical capabilities. Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++/Rust with Linux development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core robotics libraries used across Anduril robotics platforms.
• Lead the development and implementation of major features, including Software‑in‑the‑Loop simulators for Altius.
• Optimize performance of products, focusing on the Altius Drone line.
• Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in deployed systems.
• Contribute to multi‑agent coordination for UAVs.
• Participate in full software lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
