Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off‑board command and control. We expect end‑to‑end ownership, rapid architecture and product evolution, and strong collaboration across teams.

You will own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, develop components reusable across product lines, and participate in full lifecycle testing, with travel up to 20% to co-locate with end‑users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience as a Software Engineer with domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and software design.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with end-users and balance needs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers.
• Develop software for autonomous platforms with lifecycle testing and evolution.
• Develop reusable components across multiple Anduril product lines.
• Develop software for on- and off-robotic platforms across diverse tech stacks.
• Participate in full lifecycle testing and operation of vehicle and mission software.
• Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users and teams.
