You will own release readiness, ensuring scope and timing align with the plan, and lead post-release remediation activities. This role emphasizes strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and a systems-thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team release programs end-to-end in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release coordination across autonomy, engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, and deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and produce project artifacts (SOWs, program plans, Gantt charts).
• Drive production incident management and track remediation through to resolution.
• Own hotfix and commercial fix release lanes for production issues.
