Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Novi is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home hospice care. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life while delivering hands-on ADL assistance.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate in the state you work.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Due to field-based nature, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting.
• Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with ADLs and observing changes.
• Support and guide patients and caregivers by reinforcing the care plan and offering emotional support.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and document care provided in the EMR.
