Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Mission Autonomy Flight Test Engineer to advance autonomous testing across our systems. You will design test plans, run simulations, and analyze results to validate performance in demanding scenarios.

Collaborating with software, hardware, and product teams, you will shape test requirements, manage end-to-end testing, and report findings to leadership. Willingness to travel and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field.
• Experience in flight testing, especially autonomous or remotely piloted systems.
• Ability to develop and execute test plans under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with mission autonomy, unmanned systems, and multi-asset integration.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to meet milestones.
• Excellent communication, and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Drive testing methodologies for mission autonomy systems across complex scenarios.
• Design and implement test plans and simulations for autonomous systems.
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements.

• Coordinate with private and government test ranges for evaluations.
