Job summary

Highbar Physical Therapy, New England's leading teaching practice, is seeking a PT who wants to actually practice with autonomy and mentorship. We promote top-of-license clinical decision-making, low patient volume (under 12 per day), and a supportive leadership structure.

Your day will focus on 1:1 patient care, with AI-assisted EMR to reduce after-hours charting, plus a robust professional development program including mentorship hours, onboarding, and ongoing residency opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with low daily patient volume (under 12 patients).
• Practice at the top of your license with PT-led clinical decisions
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities and attend onboarding sessions
