Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with autonomy under PT-led decisions.
• Practice at top of license with clinical judgment.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities.
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training.
