Responsibilities

• Source, interview, evaluate, and place technical professionals in contract roles across data center sectors.
• Drive new business development through leads, referrals, and market research.
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to expand the talent pool and attract candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and maintain client relationships.
• Provide career guidance and manage client accounts including visits.
