The role requires 3+ years in residential construction, strong organization, and excellent communication skills. Travel across Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area is expected. BuildersTREND experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction of luxury custom homes across multiple sites.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and partners to meet timelines.
• Monitor quality to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
• Track budgets and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct homeowner walkthroughs at key milestones.
• CommunicateProgress and customization opportunities to homeowners.
