Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience within residential construction, renovation, remodeling, or homebuilding environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high-end residential clients.
• Professional, polished presentation and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating construction activities, subcontractors, schedules, or client service requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners requiring maintenance, repair, warranty, or improvement-related services.
• Coordinate and manage client requests from initial intake through project completion.
• Oversee small-scale residential projects, home improvements, and ongoing service work within occupied homes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and provide a high-touch customer experience.
• Track project schedules, progress, and communications while ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and monitor work in the field.
• Support the continued growth and success of the company's service division.
