The role requires 2+ years of RN experience (hospice preferred), PA licensure, and a valid driver’s license for ~20% travel. A first-year $10,000 success bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.

• Active RN license in the state you work (Pennsylvania).
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to patient homes ~20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and symptom/pain management.
• Educate and support patients and families through end-of-life care.
• Ensure thorough EMR documentation and compliance.
