Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. We serve children and families in home, school, and community settings, offering clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, and strong RBT support.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing and supervising ABA treatment plans, training RBTs, and collaborating with schools.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• ( Tennessee licensure or eligibility required).
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decisionmaking expected.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to supervise and support RBTs.
• Commitment to individualized, evidence‑based ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and care team as appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
