Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Engineer - Autonomy & Active Safety to design, develop, integrate, and validate autonomy and ADAS systems for unmanned ground vehicles and complex machinery.

You will perform hands-on vehicle testing, software development, and validation, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to efficient test automation, with regular on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with autonomy or unmanned vehicle systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, and validation of autonomy and active safety systems.
• Develop and validate system requirements and test plans.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and with suppliers.
• Write requirements and design documentation.
• Provide on-site engineering support and mentorship.
