Job summary

TSMG is seeking experienced drivers for AV testing support in Madrid and Luxembourg. You will monitor autonomous vehicles, follow test plans, and report observations with precision.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable with long drives, and be able to travel to the United States for training (visa provided). The role involves rotating shifts and working with digital tools and English language communication.

• Willing to work rotating shifts (evenings/weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles.
• Take control of the vehicle when required.
• Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules.
• Observe road conditions and vehicle behavior.
• Record incidents and provide clear reports.
• Use smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools.
