Job summary

TSMG is seeking experienced drivers for AV testing support in Madrid and Luxembourg. You will monitor autonomous vehicles, follow test plans, and report observations with precision.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable with long drives, and be able to travel to the United States for training (visa provided). The role involves rotating shifts and working with digital tools and English language communication.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Spain.

This role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, and documenting observations accurately.
It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems.

Requirements

• EU citizenship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)
• Good command of English
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus
• Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous vehicle or advanced driver-assistance system testing
• Technical understanding of vehicle systems
• Experience working in structured, process-driven environments
