Job summary

Latitude AI LLC is seeking a Test Driver to support Ford’s autonomy roadmap by driving test vehicles, performing startup/shutdown procedures, and troubleshooting on-road software and hardware in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

You will travel across the U.S. for testing, engage with engineers for performance feedback, and maintain accurate vehicle reports while upholding professional and safety standards on and off public roads.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Comfortable long hours driving and working in close quarters.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles for long distances and extensive travel (up to 50%).
• Operate on rotating schedules and perform daily startup/ shutdown procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems on the road.
• Maintain detailed reports on vehicle performance and collaborate with engineers.
• Represent the organization professionally while driving in public environments.
