Job summary

Latitude AI LLC is building the future of Ford’s autonomy roadmap, with a hands-free ADAS platform. As part of the Service Operations team, you will document findings, diagnose issues, and collaborate with customers and team members on electrical and autonomous systems.

You will need a High School Diploma or GED and vehicle maintenance experience, plus knowledge of diagnostic tools. Willingness to travel up to 15% and a valid driver’s license are required; an Associate degree in Engineering Tech

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with oscilloscope or picoscope.
• Travel up to 15% for training and/or support of other office locations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet Latitude’s driving record requirements.
• Ability to meet Latitude’s Vehicle Operator safety screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document all findings and track time accordingly
• Diagnose issues using supplied hardware and software combinations
• Communicate with cross functioning teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics, using hand tools and proper assembly and rework techniques
• Experience with flashing and re-flashing automotive control modules and CAN bus operation
• Follow documented work instructions completely and accurately
• Validate DAT, ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality
• Work in small teams as needed to complete any engineering requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
