Motional is shaping the future of mobility with autonomous driving technologies. We seek Vehicle Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain multiple Motional vehicle platforms, ensuring safety and fleet readiness while documenting processes and sharing best practices.

Competenze

• 2 years minimum automotive experience.
• General knowledge of mechanical and electronic automotive components.
• Ability to think logically and efficiently to demonstrate problem-solving skills while isolating, documenting, and tracking issues systematically.
• Ability to consistently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift, move, push, and pull 75 lbs frequently.
• Enthusiasm for the AV industry as well as safety/mobility.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• The ability to participate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Independently diagnose, maintain and repair Motional vehicle platforms.
• Apply mechanical and electronic knowledge to repairs.
• Follow repair information from multiple sources.
• Work under guidance from higher level technicians.
• Document fleet readiness and repairs.
• Create and share SOPs, checklists and service bulletins.
• Communicate effectively via verbal, written, digital, by phone or in person.
• Support projects to ensure success.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform manual road tests to verify repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and documentation of shop area, equipment and tools.
• Be willing to work evenings, 3rd shift and/or weekends.
• Travel up to 25% of the time; air travel may be required.
