Royalty Staffing is partnering with a leading autonomous vehicle company to hire an experienced Vehicle Technician for maintenance, diagnostics, and readiness of its fleet.

The role focuses on hands-on automotive work, safety, and reliability, with shifts including Day, Swing, and Night, in Las Vegas, NV. The position is full-time, in-person, with hourly pay of 43.00–46.00, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on vehicle technician experience.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair methods, tools, parts, equipment, and materials.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Configure, prepare, maintain, diagnose, and approve vehicles for safe on-road operation.
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet rework.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and vehicle system issues and elevate complex problems to engineering teams.
• Coordinate repairs from initial diagnosis through completion and validation.
• Develop and execute diagnostic test plans to support troubleshooting and vehicle testing.
• Work closely with the Shop Foreman to ensure vehicles are ready for demonstrations, testing, and operational requirements.
• Travel locally as needed to support vehicle setup, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed field reports.
• Keep shop facilities, tools, and workspaces clean, organized, and operational.
• Assist with parts inventory, tracking, storage, and organization.
• Provide responsive, professional service to internal teams and business partners.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and company policies.
