Job summary

NGV Talent is seeking Vehicle Technicians to support diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for autonomous vehicles in Las Vegas. Ideal candidates should have experience in automotive or robotics and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Roles encompass preventative maintenance, vehicle inspections, and system-level issue troubleshooting. All positions require hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in automotive, EV, robotics, or mechanical technician roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, diagnose, and sign off vehicles for safe operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and fleet reworks.
• Tackle mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues.

Skills

Automotive, EV, robotics, or fleet maintenance experience

Mechanical aptitude

Hands-on troubleshooting skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
