Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Coppell, TX to be the first point of contact for fleet, carrier customers, and partners, across phone, chat, and email. You will resolve issues with care, document cases in Salesforce, and meet speed, resolution, and CSAT targets.

You will work a 24/7 schedule, including nights and weekends, and adapt to evolving processes while maintaining safety and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer support or operations role in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift schedule including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Genuine customer obsession: ownership of outcomes until resolution.
• Strong prioritization and quick decision-making with incomplete information.
• Focus on safety and personal responsibility in all actions.
• Aptitude for learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact across phone, chat, and email for Aurora's customers and partners.
• Own the customer experience and ensure issues are fully addressed.
• Assess urgency to route safety-critical contacts appropriately.
• Resolve issues end to end using established guidance and collaboration.
• Document every contact in Salesforce.
• Meet targets for response speed, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain working knowledge of Aurora systems and tools.
• Identify recurring pain points and surface them to leadership.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
